Working as a Commis Chef within a kitchen environment learning all aspects of preparing and cooking food.
What will I learn?
Learning basic food preparation and cookery skills including preparing and cooking meat, poultry, fish, vegetables etc
What qualification or qualities are required?
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
An interest in cooking. Willing to work shifts including weekends. Preferably should have National 4/5 qualifications.
