NASA Space School

Trinity High School was very proud to have a pupil selected to attend the  week long residential summer school at Strathclyde University, which provided an eclectic mix of lectures, labs and workshops all on a space theme, delivered by leading academics and researchers, and supported by NASA astronauts and engineers. Following this week, Thomas Scally (S6) was selected as 1 of 10 students from across Scotland to experience a 7 day Learning Journey to Johnson Space Center in Houston in October, where he was inspired and motivated in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and took part in various experiences developing high quality communication, team-building and problem solving skills.
