Admin Apprentice Job Description with CMBS Rutherglen
CMBS Home Improvements are a family run Glasgow business who have been operating for over 28 years servicing and maintaining properties throughout Glasgow and across the West of Scotland.
Completing around 600 central heating installations, and 300 bathroom installations every single year, they put the customer at the heart of everything they do and fully appreciate the importance of reliability to their clients. Their mission is to ensure that all of their projects are completed in a timely fashion and within deadline.
CMBS pride themselves in providing an honest and reliable service to their customers and ensure they work with a range of trusted suppliers and contractors with the same values.
Currently they are looking for a young, responsible and mature person to take up the role of Administrative Apprentice within their Rutherglen premises. They are looking for someone who understands the values and principles listed above and who can work to the CMBS mission and ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service provided.
The successful candidate can expect to work between the hours of 8.30am – 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Friday is normally a 4.30pm finish. This would be 37 hours a week at national apprenticeship rate of pay.

Ideally, the candidate should be experienced in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and One Drive. CMBS would like the candidate to be skilled in these areas and would suit successful N5/N6 Administration and IT piupils.
Full training will be given in all other Main Duties.
