- CCG Offsite Manufacturing Opportunities in Cambuslang - 25/09/2019 - bmccarthy
Thanks to CCG, in partnership with Clyde Gateway and Chamber of Commerce, Trinity High School pupils thinking of leaving school this Christmas are being offered a fantastic opportunity within the CCG Cambuslang site.
CCG Offsite Manufacturing (OSM) is a leading manufacturer of structural timber systems based in Glasgow that was founded by parent company, and principal client, CCG. OSM is the creation of components, modules or entire buildings in a factory setting, which are then assembled on a site; a technology that CCG has been researching and developing for nearly 20 years.
Have a look inside the factory below.
CCG OSM are looking to recruit young talent from local schools to move into roles within the factory, which specifically focuses on manufacturing and innovative production technology. These are permanent roles at their site in Cambuslang.
CCG are keen to deliver a talk to any S4/5 pupil who is considering leaving school this Christmas. Interested pupils will then be invited on a site visit followed by a period of work experience. Those pupils who perform well during this time will be invited to an interview which could lead to a permanent position.
Any pupil interested in this opportunity should give their name to Mr McCarthy as soon as possible.
