We hope you are well and keeping safe during this time.
We wanted to get in touch to let you know about an exciting online opportunity coming up with Facebook for S6 students on Friday 22 May (11am – 12pm): Women in STEM Panel

Facebook’s mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. If you’re interested in a STEM apprenticeship (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) then join Facebook for a Women in Stem Panel session. You’ll hear first-hand from Facebook’s community what it’s like to work in STEM and successful stories of women in STEM.

This event isn’t only about women, and Facebook would like to encourage any group who is interested in STEM regardless of gender. However, the focus is on women as an underrepresented group in this field.

This event gives priority to women in S6 who are interested in a career in STEM. Interested students should sign up online here.
